I bought 40bpm mechine from Shree Khodiyar enterprises (Coldex) fully automatic machine. I am from Karnataka and all that I saw the mechine was in video not in real life so i trusted them (because before I had bought a manual soda mechine from them) and made the 50%payment and rest while dispatch .the mechine got delivered within 1month and 2 people came for installation within a week of delivery and after installation there were some problems with soda carbonator but they fixed that problem within 15days one more person came to fix. Now I am running the mechine for around 1month and till now no major problems, One thing I am going to say is there is wastage of caps is bit more (some bottle come defective) so bottle can be reused not the cap(cross cap) And they have said that they will send the spare parts of the mechine still now I did not receive but they may send soon At last i want to say they pick my call any time for support I ~ Vinyas
મેં કોલ્ડેક્સ ઇન્ડિયામાંથી ફોર પ્લસ ટુ નો સોડા મશીન ખરીદ્યું હતું. સોડા મશીન બુક કરાવ્યા પછી મને બે ત્રણ દિવસમાં ડિલિવરી મળી ગઈ હતી. મને મશીન મળી ગયા પછી બીજા દિવસે કંપનીના માણસો આવીને મશીન ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરી ગયા. આવીને મને શીખવાડ્યું કે ફ્લેવર કઈ રીતે બનાવી મશીનમાં કયું કયું ધ્યાન રાખવું એ બધું મને શીખવાડ્યું કંપની વાળાએ અને મને કંપનીનું મશીન સારું લાગ્યું અને કંપનીના ટેકનિશિયનનો વ્યવહાર પણ સારો હતો તેનો સ્ટાફ બી સારો છે અને પ્રોપર ગાઈડ લાઈન કરી આપે છે અને અમે આ મશીન તારાપુર ગુજરાતમાં ખંભાત પાસે ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરેલું છે. ~ Patel N
